Just a day or two after beginning this blog, I met a woman by the name of Forest. She was a trim, small-boned woman with long flowing brown hair. Forest had a warm, authentic way about her. I felt welcomed into her surroundings.
She related that her father was her namesake. Forest feels her name has led her to a fascination and love of Trees and other living beings in the forests of our world. Being a well-traveled woman with a healthy curiosity, Forest has enthusiastically embraced our natural environment. As we spoke about our mutual interest in Trees, she mentioned the Linden Tree as being one of her favorites. Thank you Universe! Presenting an unfamiliar Tree to me at the outset of my blog, is precisely the perfect gift!
My new friend Forest, is also a painter, a textile artist, an organic foodie, an entrepreneur, and judging from our visit, an all around talented woman.
Next post, The Linden Tree. :0)
